1. Vicki Boeckmann from Seattle, Washington. She studied flute in California and then moved to Denmark to study at the Royal Academy of Music in Copenhagen. While in Europe she also studied with Marion Verbruggen and Walther van Hauwe. She has performed as solist with orchestras in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany and the US.

2. Mark Davenport from Lousiville, CO. Mark is a specialist on Renaissance and Baroque woodwinds and currently conducts the Colegium Musicum at Regis University in Denver. He has performed in Boulder and Columbine, Colorado, and has soloed with the Colorado Music Festival Orchestra. He is also the director of the Recorder Music Center on the Regis University campus.

3. Clea Galhano from St. Paul, MN and Brazil. She has been a soloist in the USA, Canada, South America and Europe, including performances with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra, The Baroque Orchestra of the New England Conservatory, and the Festival de Music Antiga in Rio de Janeiro.

Boulder Early Music Shop was in attendance during the workshop.

The classes are:

Jack Ashworth: viol technique; Musica Transalpina (music from Nicolas Yonge.s 1588 collection of Italian madrigals, plus other Italian and English music from that decade); Dance band (in which a consort of viols is made to sound like a Renaissance violin band).

Frances Blaker: Ornamented organ music by Sweelinck and Cabezon (recorders & viols); Baroque recorder master class; Baroque ensemble music by Locatelli, Boyce, et al: Vocal music from the 20th century; renaissance music by Ciconia, Landini, Isaac and others; Verdelot madrigals (recorders & viols).

Clea Galhano: Recorder Potpouri: Different styles of recorder music, from Renaissance, Baroque, Contemporary to Latin and Jazz; The Art of Consort Playing-Works by English, German and Italian Renaissance; Renaissance, Baroque and Contemporary Repertory; Brazilian and Jazz Jam Session.

Tish Berlin: Motets of Ludwig Senfl, preferably with renaissance recorders; J.S. Bach.s Art of Fugue (b. gambas & recorders); Baroque Seminar (gambas & recorders); Contemporary music for recorder ensemble.
